We're seeking an experienced Billing cum Account Executive for Retail cum Ecommerce business in Mumbai. Responsibilities include:
Preparing retail and wholesale invoices
Preparing e-way bills and general admin tasks
Coordinating with head accountant and providing the data regularly
Making payments to suppliers and vendors as per the credit cycle
Handling customer payment receipts, supplier payments, and petty cash
Reconciling payment collection books and depositing cheques
Attending and responding to all calls including customer enquiries, supplier calls, and general communications

Requirements:
5 years of experience in billing and basic accounting
Timings – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary – ₹24,000 – ₹30,000
Location – Santa Cruz West (5 mins walking from station)
