Develop and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and machining requirements.
Operate and set CNC machines using Siemens CNC Controllers.
Perform machine tool setting and ensure correct tooling and offsets.
Manage cutting tools and monitor tool life for effective machining.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining specifications.
Conduct quality checks of machined components as per drawings and applicable standards.

Threading and Grooving Operations
Knowledge of machining parameters and cutting tools
Basic troubleshooting of CNC machining processes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
