Role & responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day factory operations.
Plan, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Handle manpower planning, worker allocation, attendance, and discipline.
Supervise production, quality control, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and minimize production downtime.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, and finished goods.
Control manufacturing costs, wastage, and material consumption.
Implement safety standards, housekeeping, and factory discipline.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production reports, stock records, and other factory documentation.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.




Ensure timely order completion and smooth functioning of the entire factory.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 510 years in manufacturing, preferably in soap, oil soap, detergent, or FMCG industries.
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
Robust knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, inventory, and quality control.
Experience managing a complete factory independently.
Positive leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work at the Dholpur factory location.
