Position: Sales Consultant (SC)

Location: Bangalore / karnataka Multiple LFR Stores

Industry: Home Appliances / Consumer Durables

Experience: 1–4 years in Retail Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and perks.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and store staff.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at the store.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Follow up with customers until order closure and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Positive product knowledge.
Previous experience in retail/LFR sales is preferred.
