• Solid understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
