Role Description The Interior Designer will work in office in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, collaborating with clients to understand requirements, develop design concepts, and present mood boards and layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and preparing FF&E; specifications that align with project budgets and timelines. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately during construction and installation. The Interior Designer will also conduct site visits, monitor progress, address design-related issues,



and refine solutions based on client feedback. Documentation, project coordination, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards are integral aspects of this position.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, well-balanced layouts and design concepts.
Candidates should possess relevant knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to communicate design intent clearly to project teams.
Candidates should possess experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization software.
Candidates should possess robust communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess good project management abilities, including time management, organization, and attention to detail.
A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior studio or firm experience will be an advantage.
