Wonder Diamonds is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join its jewellery showroom team. The candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product features, support sales activities, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, and available offers.
Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery and other products offered by the showroom.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle customer enquiries and provide professional service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and attractive.
Coordinate with the inventory team regarding product availability.
Follow up with customers and inform them about recent collections and offers.
Support billing, sales documentation, and daily showroom activities as required.
Required Skills

Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury products, and retail sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work toward sales targets.
Tamil and English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Educational Qualification
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
