Role Description The Junior Architect will support project teams in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and documentation for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD and BIM drawings, assisting with design development, creating presentation materials, and coordinating with consultants under the guidance of senior architects. The role involves participating in site visits, recording observations, and helping implement design changes based on site conditions and client feedback. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



requiring close collaboration with the in-house team and active involvement in project meetings and reviews.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows, such as using and integrating CAD/BIM and visualization software.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, and task tracking within project teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for local professional registration (or working toward it) is preferred.
Solid visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and produce technical drawings are required.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
