Job Description:
Report Generation & communication to Operations on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports
Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders.
Experience in building dashboards.
Can work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work.
UAT/Testing/QA of Automation tools.
Maintain a proper schedule of reports.
Required Skill Sets:
• Valuable analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate knowledge of TSQL/SQL (Sub-Query, Cross/Outer Apply, CTE, Temp Table. etc.),
Advanced Excel (Filters, Offset, Arrays etc.) and Power Query functions (Power Pivot, Data Modelling, DAX etc.).
Person should have the ability to design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data.
Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
