Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in start-up incubation, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or related areas.
Skills:
Solid understanding of the start-up ecosystem and business development processes.
Experience with managing early-stage start-ups, including guiding them through growth challenges.
Ability to establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including investors, industry leaders, and academia.
Excellent mentoring,



leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of fundraising mechanisms and investor engagement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred:
Proven track record of launching and growing start-ups or incubation centers.
Familiarity with innovation and entrepreneurial resources at a national and international level.
Prior experience in an academic or institutional setting, particularly in managing incubators or innovation labs.
