Customer Service & Sales
Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries.
Recommend products based on customer needs, providing accurate details on features, pricing, and active promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to boost overall sales.
Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, resolving issues or escalating them to store management when necessary.
Checkout & Payment Handling
Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or gift cards.
