Role & responsibilities
Monitor and inspect ongoing civil construction activities, including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and waterproofing.
Ensure work quality as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Conduct inspections at different stages of construction and maintain quality checklists and reports.
Verify the quality of construction materials and review test reports.
Identify quality issues, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and concrete test reports.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the construction process.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of RCC works, structural quality inspections, construction materials testing, and residential project quality standards.
