Job Description

We are looking for Sales Officers to drive sales and business development for our Paints & Wood Coatings products across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners.
Generate business through contractors, carpenters, architects and interior designers.
Conduct regular market visits and identify current business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key influencers.
Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
Ensure proper follow-up for orders, collections and outstanding payments.
Develop recent dealers and expand market coverage.




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.
Maintain regular sales reports and provide territory-wise market updates.

Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Sales / Territory Sales / Channel Sales.
Experience in Paints, Wood Coatings, Furniture Coatings, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals or related industries will be preferred.
Candidates having experience with dealers/distributors, contractors, architects and interior designers will be preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong knowledge of the local market and territory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduate preferred.
