Role Description This is a full-time, in office Jewelry Sales Associate role based in Haridwar. The Jewelry Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include presenting and explaining jewelry features, assisting customers with try-ons, processing sales and returns, and maintaining accurate billing and records. The role also involves ensuring the showroom is well-organized and secure, handling basic inventory checks, and supporting visual merchandising.



The associate will work with the team to enhance customer experience, achieve sales targets, and uphold store policies and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide attentive, personalized support in the showroom.
