Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Provide production application support and troubleshoot critical issues in a high-pressure workplace.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes.
Perform SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot failures using scheduling tools such as Control-M.
Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow ITSM and/or Salesforce.
Collaborate with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes and continuous service improvement.




Maintain transparent documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Support business-critical applications in front-office and middle-office financial operations.

iency in SQL and the ability to understand application workflows and system dependencies.
Positive to Have
Experience with buy-side Order Management Systems (OMS).
Exposure to Charles River IMS / Charles River Development (CRD).
Experience in the banking or investment management domain.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
French language proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and contribute to process improvements.
