Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, assisting with marketing plans, and coordinating with internal design and sales teams. The role also involves creating and updating marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.



The individual will maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and implement effective campaigns and brand strategies.
Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, competitor, and industry data.
Strong Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and promotional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics) is beneficial.
Prior experience in a marketing or brand-focused role, especially within design, creative, or agency settings, is an advantage.
