Key Requirements:
5 - 7 years of experience in electrical panel production/manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in HT/LT Panels, Control Panels, PCC/MCC, VFD Panels & Switchgear.
Production planning and daily production target monitoring.
Shop-floor manpower handling and work allocation.
Knowledge of electrical panel assembly, wiring and testing.
Coordination with Quality, Stores, Purchase & Maintenance.
Knowledge of safety and quality practices.
Ability to manage day-to-day shop-floor operations.
