Hiring: Payment Collection & Data Management Executive

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Collection & Data Management Executive to manage payment follow-ups, coordinate with customers to resolve payment disputes, and maintain accurate company records using MS Excel and business software.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers/parties regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and collection-related issues.
Maintain payment follow-up records, collection status, outstanding reports, and payment commitments.
Perform daily data entry, data verification, and record maintenance in Excel and company software/ERP.
Prepare, update, and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and other business records.
Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and proper documentation.




Coordinate with relevant departments to collect missing information and maintain updated records.

Required Skills
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and report formatting.
Robust data-entry accuracy, typing skills, and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and coordination skills for payment follow-ups.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business software is preferred.
Experience in MIS, data management, accounts receivable, payment collection, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline preferred.
1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable handling both payment follow-ups and regular data-management activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
