Solid experience supporting GCC setup engagements, covering transition planning, governance design, and initial operating framework development. Proficient in applying general consulting methods to analyze business challenges, structure solutions, and develop implementation-ready recommendations. Ability to translate finance function requirements into practical transformation roadmaps aligned with business and operational objectives. Experience in working on consulting engagements within finance-focused settings,
with an understanding of industry-specific processes and priorities.
