Your key responsibilities
Hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation with solid attention to accuracy and compliance standards. Proficient in candidate calling and direct candidate connect to gather and verify required information efficiently. Ability to review, cross-check, and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and consistency. Working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services environment. Strong communication skills to support transparent coordination during verification and documentation follow-up activities.

To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor of Commerce
Bachelor of Arts in English Literature




Bachelor of Business Administration
Bachelor of Computer Applications

Experience
Background Verification Operations (0 To 2+ years)
