Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will engage with existing and potential customers, present product features and benefits, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing basic quotes, coordinating with production and engineering teams to confirm specifications, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves monitoring inventory status, following up on deliveries and after-sales support, and contributing to sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Associate is expected to build solid customer relationships,



represent the company professionally, and support continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications
Customer engagement and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical product details clearly and professionally.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or molding operations, with the ability to coordinate effectively between sales, engineering, and production teams.
Sales support skills such as lead follow-up, order processing, documentation, and use of CRM or similar tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools for reporting and communication.
Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, in a structured setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a sales, inside sales, or customer support role in manufacturing or engineering-related products is preferred.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
