Handle customer queries and provide support through an International Voice Process.
Candidates must have relevant experience in International Voice Customer Support.
Excellent English communication and solid customer-handling skills required.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Customer Support is mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
