We are looking for an experienced Billing & Planning Engineer with relevant experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects to support our Head Office operations.
Responsibilities
Preparation, verification and timely submission of client bills and subcontractor-related billing documents.
Ensure regular follow-up and coordination with clients for timely certification and processing of bills.
Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for work progress, measurements, billing inputs and required documentation.
Prepare project plans, schedules and monitor project progress against planned targets.
Ensure proper planning and tracking of project activities, resources and timelines.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, progress reports and other project-related records.
Regularly collect and consolidate site data for billing, planning and management reporting.
Monitor project progress, identify delays and coordinate with concerned teams for corrective actions.
Support management with accurate project status updates, billing status and planning reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to billing, project progress and planning.
Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in Billing and Planning for Railway Projects is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of client billing, subcontractor coordination and project documentation.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
Solid knowledge of DPR, progress reports, MIS and project tracking.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, site teams and management.
Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant planning/reporting tools.
Candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore and work from the Head Office.
