Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent basic chemistry qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and execute surface treatment processes as per approved specifications and work instructions.
Handle and monitor plant equipment, ensuring proper operation and process control.
Read and interpret technical specifications, process parameters, and measurement requirements.
Take and verify measurements using appropriate instruments and maintain accurate records.
Monitor chemical concentrations, bath parameters, and process conditions as applicable.
Identify process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure product quality, process compliance, workplace safety, and timely execution.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
