Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize store profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of retail experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Valuable understanding of sales, customer service, and store operations.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
