Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
Build and enhance scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform AI/GenAI application testing, including validation of AI-generated responses, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop test scenarios for AI/LLM-based applications, APIs, and workflows.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform API testing and validate backend responses and data.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Maintain test documentation, test cases, automation reports, and defect tracking.
Analyze automation failures and improve test coverage, stability, and execution time.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives.

Required Experience
4–7 years of experience in Software QA/Automation Testing.
Strong hands-on experience in Python-based test automation.
Proven experience with Selenium and Playwright.
Practical understanding of AI/GenAI application testing.
Valuable analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapid-paced Agile setting.
