A hospital in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a responsible and organized Front Office In-charge with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The selected candidate will oversee front office operations, coordinate patient registration and appointments, support patient enquiries, and help ensure smooth administrative services.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospital front office operations, reception, or healthcare administration.
Graduate degree preferred.
Knowledge of patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and hospital administrative procedures.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital management software preferred.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle patient enquiries professionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily front office operations and ensure skilled reception services.




Coordinate patient registration, appointments, admissions, and enquiries.
Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with billing, nursing, medical records, and other hospital departments.
Support front office staff and help manage work allocation as required.
Address patient concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to hospital management.
Maintain accurate registration records and front office documentation.
Ensure patient information is handled confidentially.
Follow hospital policies, service-quality standards, and patient-safety procedures.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
