Role Description The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, making beds, replacing linens, restocking amenities, and managing laundry. The role also involves reporting any maintenance issues, handling cleaning supplies safely, and ensuring that all areas meet company standards. The Housekeeper will interact with guests in a polite and skilled manner, helping with basic inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Solid organization skills and attention to detail to manage room cleaning, inventory, and daily housekeeping tasks.
Ability to handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens and uniforms.
Effective communication and customer service skills to interact courteously with guests and coordinate with team members.
Experience in training or willingness to learn and follow housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, with knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
