Job Responsibilities
Manage operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Handle VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Ventilation systems.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
Monitor HVAC performance and energy efficiency.
Maintain service records and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field.
5+ years of relevant HVAC experience.
Robust troubleshooting and technical skills.
Experience in commercial/residential building maintenance preferred.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
