The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing potential leads, primarily through field visits and cold outreach. A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role, as it involves local travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.
Visit potential customers in assigned areas to understand their requirements and introduce company offerings.
Maintain and update lead data using the company's CRM system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal sales team.
Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation progress and market feedback.
Build robust customer relationships to convert leads into long-term business.
Travel within the city and surrounding areas as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or field marketing preferred.
Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.*
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
