Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and other accounts-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Maintain accounts payable records and vendor accounts.
Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate accounting records using SAP, Tally, or similar software.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Travel not required for a standard Accounts Payable position.
