Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Jodhpur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and preparing regular financial reports and statements. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring expenses, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and assisting with audits and tax filings. The Accountant will collaborate with other departments to provide accurate financial data and support decision-making.
Qualifications




Candidates should possess solid skills in financial accounting and bookkeeping, including general ledger management and account reconciliation.
Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit support, including familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and financial templates.
Candidates should possess robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and management.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent), and prior experience in corporate or industrial accounting are beneficial.
