Roles And Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Follow up with candidates and provide interview updates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer follow-ups and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.





Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles is an advantage.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.
