We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with robust knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, PF, ESI, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete HR function in a manufacturing/textile environment.

Requirements
End-to-end HR Operations & Employee Management
Complete Payroll Processing – attendance, OT, LOP, deductions & salary
Strong knowledge of PF/EPFO & ESI/ESIC compliance
Manage ECR filing, UAN, PF claims & ESI contributions
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
Recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
Employee grievance & disciplinary handling
HR MIS, attendance & payroll reports
Coordinate with Accounts, EPFO & ESIC authorities
Knowledge of Zoho Payroll/HRMS & Advanced Excel

Qualification




MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
MSW / MA HR / MHRM / relevant degree
Strong practical experience in HR, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
