Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining solid financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth.
Develop and implement business strategies, setting transparent objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.




Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance.
Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance.
Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards.
Analyse business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, preparing all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
