• Experience in handling US customer over the phone.

• Desktop support experience

• ITIL framework knowledge

• Technical experience

• Basic Java scripting knowledge.

• L1 & L2 server support (Windows service starts, stops, restarts).

• L2 IT Servicedesk support & Queue monitoring.

• Code promotion and migration (DLL & Class files).

• Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, hands-on experience in either one:

• CA WLA (Workload Automation)

• BMC Control-M (Helix)

• Cloud based infrastructure (IAAS) support awareness.

• Incident creation and handling using ITIL based ticketing tool.

• Active directory management.

• Team player.
