Job Responsibilities
Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Identify coding errors and resolve documentation-related issues.
Follow healthcare industry standards and payer guidelines.
Coordinate with the billing team to resolve coding-related queries.
Requirements
CPC certification is mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of medical coding experience.
Valuable knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
