Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, and the ability to deliver an excellent guest experience in a skilled hospitality workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, frappes, and other specialty coffees.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment efficiently.
Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and throughout the beverage preparation area.
Provide menu recommendations and assist guests in selecting beverages according to their preferences.
Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper storage of coffee beans,



milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Follow standard recipes, beverage preparation procedures, and food safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Handle guest requests professionally and maintain high service standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, restaurant, or similar establishment is preferred.
Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Valuable communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
