JOB DESCRIPTION – SYNTHESIS R&D;

Location: Panoli, Gujarat

Position: Officer / Executive – Synthesis R&D;

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry

Experience: 2–8 Years in API / Pharmaceutical Synthesis R&D;

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis and process development for API and intermediates.
Perform reaction monitoring, optimization, and yield improvement.
Handle chemical reactions, work-up, isolation, crystallization, and purification.
Prepare and maintain laboratory records, experimental reports, and R&D; documentation.
Follow GMP, GLP, EHS guidelines, and laboratory safety procedures.
Support process scale-up and technology transfer from laboratory to pilot plant.
Troubleshoot synthesis-related issues and improve process efficiency.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in API synthesis and organic chemistry.
Knowledge of reaction mechanisms, purification techniques, and analytical data interpretation.
Familiarity with HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques is an advantage.
