Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Nexthink Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. The role requires expertise in Nexthink, EUC, Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, Analytics, Automation, and Enterprise Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise Nexthink DEX solutions.
Create HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and governance frameworks.
Lead Nexthink implementation across Windows, macOS, and VDI settings.
Configure Nexthink Collectors,



Dashboards, Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and Automation Frameworks.
Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD, ITSM, SIEM, and Power BI platforms.
Define DEX KPIs, Experience Scores, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Drive proactive monitoring, self-healing automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Network, and Business teams.
Establish governance, security, compliance, and operational standards for DEX environments.

Required Experience
10+ years in IT Infrastructure, EUC, Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Monitoring Solutions.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Nexthink implementation and architecture experience.
Experience leading enterprise-wide DEX transformation programs.
Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow and endpoint management tools.
Robust expertise in large-scale monitoring, analytics, and workplace experience platforms.
Experience working with global enterprise customers.
