Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Accounting to design, implement, and enhance solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves resolving complex issues, supporting enterprise application integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and enhance custom software components within the SAP environment.
Act as a subject matter expert, guide team members, and take responsibility for team decisions.
Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and contribute to key technical decisions.
Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and organizational goals.
Support integration between SAP FI and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting existing solutions.
Follow software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
Identify prospects to improve existing systems and software quality.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Experience across the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise application integration techniques and tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert and guide team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
15 years of full-time education.
Availability to work on-site in Gurugram.
Immediate availability or a remaining notice period of up to 15 days.
