Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the USA.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create a positive customer experience through explicit communication.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts and from Gurugram.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
