Infinity Bridge is hiring an MIS Lead for a client in Pune. You’ll own reporting and data accuracy for the business and work directly with leadership on the numbers that drive decisions.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end MIS: daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for [operations / sales / finance / leadership]
Design, automate and maintain reports so manual effort and errors go down
Track KPIs and SLAs, flag deviations early, and run root-cause analysis on trends
Pull, clean and reconcile data from multiple sources ([ERP / CRM / dialer / internal tools])
Lead and mentor a team of [X] MIS executives and analysts, and set up review and QC checks
Work with business heads to understand reporting needs and turn them into usable outputs
Keep data accurate,
confidential and on time, every cycle
What we’re looking for
[6–10] years in MIS / reporting / data analysis, with at least [2] years leading a team
Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, lookups, macros/VBA)
Hands-on experience with [Power BI / Tableau] and working knowledge of SQL
Solid grasp of business KPIs in [industry]
Transparent communicator who can present numbers to senior stakeholders
Graduate in any discipline; [B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / MBA] preferred
