Role & responsibilities
Lead plastic component design reviews and DFM activities.
Develop and optimize injection moulding processes for engineering and high-performance plastics.
Troubleshoot moulding defects such as flash, sink, warpage, weld lines, streaks, burn marks, and dimensional issues.
Conduct T0/T1 trials, process validation, FAI, and PPAP activities.
Support material selection, mould design reviews, and tool modification activities.
Coordinate with Design, Tooling, Quality, Production, Suppliers, and Customers for successful project execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of Engineering Plastics such as PEEK, PPS, PPA, PA, PBT, POM, PC, and PES.
Experience in Plastic Product Design, DFM, Injection Moulding, and NPD.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
Knowledge of GD&T;, DOE, SPC, 5 Why, and Root Cause Analysis.
Robust problem-solving and process optimization skills.
Precision engineering plastic components.
High-performance plastics and customer-facing development projects.
Successful product validation and production launch activities.
