Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and provide direction to the sales team.
Coordinate with factory teams and visit the facility twice a week.
Handle client meetings, relationship management, and business coordination.
Oversee administrative and HR-related activities.
Prepare MIS reports and support basic monthly P&L; analysis.
Ensure effective communication and smooth coordination across teams.
Requirements:
10+ years of skilled experience, preferably in sales and operations.
Robust leadership, communication, email-writing, and decision-making skills.
Contemporary, adaptable, and proactive approach to management.
Ability to manage large teams and work across multiple functions.
