Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor store performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Maintain company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Valuable understanding of sales targets and store operations.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary: Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives + Growth Prospects.
Location: Multiple locations across India.
