Role & responsibilities
Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry maintenance work.
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints across hotel/restaurant outlets.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical issues.
Maintain kitchen equipment, lights, plumbing fixtures, and other facilities.
Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards.
Coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work.
