Location: Delhi

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions, from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
Partner with business leaders to drive timely, quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, AI-driven tools, and skilled networks.
Drive campus recruitment with premier institutes, including IIMs and IITs.
Manage recruitment partners, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio,



vacancy ageing, source-wise hiring effectiveness, quality of hire, and early attrition.
Analyse recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency and drive continuous process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
7–10 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Sales and Manufacturing hiring.
Robust stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lateral, bulk, and mid-to-senior-level hiring.
Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and talent intelligence.
