Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and guide restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and punctuality.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for productive operations.
Support the Unit Manager in achieving operational targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
