Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospital operations, including clinical, non-clinical, and sales & marketing positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure timely recruitment of qualified specialists to support hospital services and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Handle recruitment for clinical roles such as Doctors, Dietician, Staff Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists,Psychologist, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Coordinators.
Manage hiring for non-clinical and administrative roles including Center Admin, Front Office Executives, Accounts staff, Operations staff, , and support staff.
Recruit candidates for sales and marketing roles such as Sales Executives, Marketing Executives,



Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, and Corporate Sales teams.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment quality standards.
